LEMON CHEESECAKE BLISS BALLS
Makes 20 balls
Ingredients
(Groups of 5)
250g full fat cream cheese
Zest and juice of half a lemon
2 rounded Tbsp honey
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup Rice Pops
Extra desiccated coconut for rolling
Equipment

Measuring cups (1/2, 1,)
1 Tablespoon
Medium bowl
Small bowl
Wooden spoon
Snap lock bags
Process
Place the cheese, lemon and honey into a medium bowl and mix until smooth and well combined.
Add the coconut and mix again until well combined.
Presenter to portion out mixture into 4 equal parts. Give to students on placemats.
Students to use their hands to shape the mixture into balls.
Roll the balls through the extra coconut to coat.
