The classes are held in a private home in Maroubra.  The address will be released upon booking. The location is close to Anzac Parade, near the main Maroubra shopping strip.

*  Parents are welcome to stay for the duration of the class.

*  There are 2 staff members present for the duration of the class.  All of our staff have current paid Working With Children Checks.

Each participant will also receive their own Recipe Folder for the students to take notes and cook the recipes at home.

Girls/Guys - it's Football Finals Weekend.  For some of us, that means leaving the house so we can ignore the TV!  Whatever your excuse..... there's fun to be had with us at the KLTC Kitchen..

Come along with some friends and their kids, or bring along a grandchild, cousin or niece/nephew.  This is a beautiful memory making afternoon.  There will be lovely afternoon tea to be enjoyed along with the workshop.

Open Class - Learn how to decorate a Mini Drip Cake.   This is a fun and relaxed workshop and suitable for all ages.

Join Melissa from Cake Embassy as she demonstrates and coaches each child to decorate these stunning designs.  Melissa is an experienced decorator and has many years of experience in teaching cake decorating workshops.

Cake boxes will be provided for the completed cakes.  

Ticket is priced per person.

Dads - this is a super fun event where you can cook together with your child. 

Mexican food is so more than just microwaved tortillas from a pack and flavoured mince.  It's fresh, zesty, and full of flavour. Recipes can be made with or without spicy chilli.

Learn how to make delicious hand-made Tortillas, fresh and zesty Salsas, Guacamole, and Chocolate Chicken Mole.

This workshop is designed for students aged over 7 years who already have some experience in the kitchen.

We will learn about the development of flavours, taste testing, and safety.

Teams work on their own recipes, then plate up.  We find that this is a fun class where you can chat together.   There is always leftovers to take home.

Eid is a celebration, which is celebrated by families with lots of food and families celebrating together.   Gifts are traditionally exchanged.  

This Masterclass is best for children aged 9-14 years and who are able to hold attention for 2 hours.  There is an expectation that the kids who complete this class have some experience in the basics of cooking.

Mother's Day High Tea Event.

Our team have been looking forward to hosting this event, and know that you'll have a fabulous time together.

This event is about doing an activity together and making beautiful memories.

Come along as a group with some friends and their children, or bring along a grandchild, cousin etc.  You will work together in your pair / group. 

This promises to be a beautiful memory making afternoon.  

We will have 4 stations for you to work around throughout the afternoon, making a menu item at each station. 

At the end of the workshop, we will set up the tables in the courtyard, bring out the fancy teacups and enjoy a beautiful High Tea together with some of what we've made plus a selection of other delicious items.

Learn how to make the dough and 2 fillings for this popular and delicious Turkish street food.

The kids will be sent home with a delicious Gozleme that that have made and cooked themselves.

All equipment, ingredients and aprons are supplied.

This menu item is not suitable for Gluten Free, but is suitable for dairy free and Vegetarians as the kids can choose their fillings.

This session is a great way to introduce your child to our cooking workshops before attempting a more complex class or a term course.  We group the students in skill levels so the kids can develop their cooking ability.
